Paula is a clinical psychologist under supervision and a psychotherapist in training, with an approach centered on the real needs of children and their families. She believes in the power of connection, kindness, and everyday experiences that allow children to naturally develop their emotional and social skills.

Experience
Paula began her professional journey during university through volunteering and practice at the Autism Transylvania Center, where she took part in ABA therapy sessions for children diagnosed with ASD.
For over three years, she has been working as a school shadow for a child with autism spectrum disorder, an experience that strengthened her belief that constant support and patience can work wonders. She also completed an internship at the Amethyst Radiotherapy Center, focused on psychological counseling for people diagnosed with cancer.
Clinical Interests
Paula’s approach is cognitive-behavioral, with a focus on developing emotional and social skills. She creates a safe space where children can explore, discover, and learn at their own pace, while being gently supported at every step of their growth.
Passions & Motivation
Paula is passionate about developmental psychology of children and adults and constantly researches the stages each individual goes through. She is motivated by the desire to bring about positive change and to help people discover their inner strengths.
Her greatest joy is accompanying children in their process of discovery and learning, while being a true support for parents.
