Psychologist & Program Coordinator

Camelia is one of the warmest and most dedicated presences in the Dog Assist team. A graduate of the Faculty of Psychology in Cluj-Napoca, she has always combined solid academic knowledge with a natural gift for empathy and understanding. As a psychologist and program coordinator, she is the person everyone turns to when a challenge arises, always finding the right solution with calm and clarity.

Experience

Camelia has extensive experience in animal-assisted therapy programs and personal development projects for children, teenagers, and families. She is well known for her coordination skills and for the safe, trusting environment she builds both for beneficiaries and volunteers. With her calm energy and constant smile, Cami is often described as the “organized heart” of Dog Assist.

Professional Interests

Her areas of interest include animal-assisted therapy, emotional regulation, the development of social skills, and supporting children in gaining independence. She strongly believes that the bond between humans and animals can act as a catalyst for healing and personal growth.

Passions & Personal Life

Outside her professional role, Camelia finds balance in spending time with her two wonderful children and her extended Dog Assist family. She is a person who brings joy, calm, and inspiration to those around her—every single day.
